After packing my mouth to it&8217;s capacity with handkerchiefs and sports wrap, he gives my nipple a good, hard pinch, and drops the noose around my neck, then lifts me to my toes. I tried to signal that I was in fear of slipping on my own puddle of spit on the floor but Punisher didn&8217;t seem to care. He leaves me standing in the same position and then comes in and wrenches my elbows together that throws me in a huge fit. Once the elbows touched, it was as if every single thing that already had me in tears, sky-rocketed the pain. One of the first times I couldn&8217;t get a grasp on the pain, I tried tapping out during a live show until my Punisher was able to talk me down from losing my mind.
