Elbows crushed, hair tied TIGHT at the top of my head and pulled back to my elbows, arms pulled up high, crotch rope attached to the hoist, and clothes pins clamped onto my nipples and I am almost paralyzed. The pain is so unbearable that it was extremely difficult to move about, even when I&8217;m suppose to be following orders. I am made to turn around a few times despite the fact that my knees and ankles are bound and my tear-stained face shows nothing but agony.
